Crazy that I'm one of the few people that first heard this as a normal Monstercat listener and not from LTT. First heard this like 5 years ago and just last year started watching LTT and was like "Wow I've heard that song before"
Aye, same here except my timetable is way older. I heard this song around when it came out (I used to listen to almost all the new Monstercat releases back in the day, been a Monstercat fan since 2012 or 2013), thought it was a good song and heck I even used it in a long-unlisted video of mine, all before Linus ever did. (I verified that one day out of boredom) I started watching Linus in 2015, which is the same year he started using the song in his intro. He used to have a different intro song in some of the videos he uploaded earlier that year and in years prior. So when I started watching Linus, Supernova wasn’t even close to being associated with him as it was literally new. LTT actually used Monstercat music in videos around this time, so Supernova being used in the Intro wasn’t that remarkable. It was just a song he started using. But as time went on, this song’s new relevance had faded all while literally thousands of LTT videos now have this song in it. It’s been pretty incredible seeing this process happen from the start.

Crazy that I'm one of the few people that first heard this as a normal Monstercat listener and not from LTT. First heard this like 5 years ago and just last year started watching LTT and was like "Wow I've heard that song before"

Aye, same here except my timetable is way older. I heard this song around when it came out (I used to listen to almost all the new Monstercat releases back in the day, been a Monstercat fan since 2012 or 2013), thought it was a good song and heck I even used it in a long-unlisted video of mine, all before Linus ever did. (I verified that one day out of boredom)
I started watching Linus in 2015, which is the same year he started using the song in his intro. He used to have a different intro song in some of the videos he uploaded earlier that year and in years prior. So when I started watching Linus, Supernova wasn’t even close to being associated with him as it was literally new. LTT actually used Monstercat music in videos around this time, so Supernova being used in the Intro wasn’t that remarkable. It was just a song he started using.
But as time went on, this song’s new relevance had faded all while literally thousands of LTT videos now have this song in it. It’s been pretty incredible seeing this process happen from the start.
