Oh my gosh, I am laughing so hard!! Great story telling. I love your comment "How do you start that conversation?" on eating your victim. Awesome to see Cragie Boy !!
Good brother is a farrier " the hoof gp" and I've never heard someone be so passionate and narrate that kind of thing so well. So, it runs in the family.
Sent by Graham the hoof gp. Amazing story! I love stuff like this. I can definitely see this family sampling the finest Scott's it could capture and with the sea right there. So easy to get rid of a lot of the bit and pieces. I am a true crime buff. Every culture has their villains right?
@onafixedincome thanks for the correction with the spelling of his name. I never paid much attention! As someone whose name is all too often butchered in spelling as well as pronunciation, I appreciate it
That was very interesting. My great-grandparents came to America from Scotland, Ireland, and Wales. And doing our family history, I enjoy learning about the history of these these parts of the world. I'm so happy, Graeme told us of your page.
I'm so happy that the Hoof GP mentioned your channel. Some how my subscription to your channel was cancelled? I've been trying to find you for a year. Great video. Gotta go and catch up on all your videos 😊
Love this! It’s nice to see Craig too. I found your video because of Graeme, he said it was good but to not tell you that he said so. Anyway, it’s a great story and you made me laugh, thank you!
Okay, folklore or not, that was a scary story! I loved it, even though I’m going to make my dog sleep on my bed tonight to keep watch! Lol. Love you all and I absolutely love the stories and the beautiful landscape of Scotland, it’s very mystical.
A writer friend of mine once tried to get me to watch Graeme’s channel. She asked if I’d heard of him and I told her he’d once knocked out on me if my front teeth. (He was 2, I was 6 😂)
Would be interesting to get an archeological survey on the cave, but the story is the inspiration behind a LOT of modern horror movies, especially The Hills Have Eyes
Lots of fiction about lost races and tribes was written in the late 19th and early 20th Centuries. And stories about bandits and criminals before and after that. Not to mention the United States version, with murderous rednecks or other rural people. What role the Bean story played in any of them may never be known.
could have sworn that was hoof doc's voice at very start , that's who sent me ,subscribed, Scotland has very rich history, most I don't know so great channel ,needed
Dinner and a.... show, pickled humans, a history lesson and Craig slipping into a tidal pool after saving you from cliff diving. What more could this old woman ask for? Thank you modern day Bard.
Based on the lack of documentation from the time it allegedly took place, my take is that it's a 1700s modern folktale. But I totally buy the bit about fava beans.
I loved this video. You told the story so well that I was eating while watching and promptly lost my appetite. So thanks for that. 😅 I enjoyed the story and the cameo by Craig. Keep the videos coming!
Haha just found your channel and love it I had a childhood friend called beany who was a bit of a madman and he always said there was cannibals called beans that lived on a cave in Scotland now you've proved it lol great
Love the story, and I've learned over the years that anything is possible, within reason, that is. This story fits that category. I'm looking forward to the next one. 🙂❤️
Just got here from you're brother's HoofGP channel. He mentioned this video specifically. Very Interesting legend, enjoyed the presentation. New subscriber now. Cheers from Texas.
So I watched your video before I decided to get all notification so I can watch more of them. And of course when I was done watching it I did so. So I watch all three of you guys channels now.
Sent here by Graeme from the Hoof GP! Fun fact: this story was the inspiration for the Hills Have Eyes as mentioned. But in other media, this story was also related in an episode of Attack on Titan, hence them naming the captured titans Sawney and Bean in the same episode.
Pretty scary! Your brother referred you in one of his videos. Hmmmmm, cow hooves and cannibals! Quite a combination! Anyway, very interesting, though icky!🌷
I can't help wondering if they really did it. Small town madness often lynches people for doing what they were. Plot twist. The whole town was cannibal so they were hiding in a cave? 😂
Hello, From California USA I loved how you told this story great humor, I found your channel through watching the Hoof GP, I am subscribed to his channel as well. I will be watching more of your videos. Thanks so much, hope you have a wonderful day♡
I’m a subscriber from Hoof GP and was told about your channel by your Bro. Love it. I’m subscribed and will pass the word on because this is some good stuff. I’m from the San Francisco Bay Area. California, USA.
I first heard of saw new bean when I was a hound las and was seriously into all things gory. I’m now an old wummin but still into all things gory. Talking of what, naive to see the rare Cragie boy. Indeed a native of the Shire. It’s also brilliant to hear another of the Parker Bros. They even sound alike and fingers crossed that your channel is as successful a your brothers. ❤️
Love your story telling skills and happy you found a lesser spotted Craig to help you along.
Loved the celebrity appearance by Craigie Boy! And the history lesson.

Sent by Graham the hoof gp. Amazing story! I love stuff like this. I can definitely see this family sampling the finest Scott's it could capture and with the sea right there. So easy to get rid of a lot of the bit and pieces. I am a true crime buff. Every culture has their villains right?

A writer friend of mine once tried to get me to watch Graeme’s channel. She asked if I’d heard of him and I told her he’d once knocked out on me if my front teeth. (He was 2, I was 6 😂)

Great job!!!
Ed Gein didn't live in a cave, but he did nibble on a few corpses. Jeremiah 'Liver Eating' Johnson.
I can't help wondering if they really did it.
Small town madness often lynches people for doing what they were.
Plot twist. The whole town was cannibal so they were hiding in a cave? 😂
Recommended to watch from Graham the Hoof Dx & well glad I did! ❤
I really enjoy your history videos. Loved seeing Craigie Boy.
The man. The legend. (Clearly stopped me drowning 😂)
