As a musician, it isn't easy to do what you love when you are sick. Your body IS your instrument...especially for a singer! I had to cancel almost a whole month of shows because it took so long to get my voice back to normal. Who can relate?

Hi, I was on vocal rest for about a week. Lots of water and tea. My full “normal” voice wasn’t back for a few months.
