Jodhpur Gypsy Thali - A Big royal Thali with 45 items | Places to eat in Jodhpur | Eating Challenge

- A must try place for any Thali lover. If I have to define Gypsy Thali in 3 words then they will be - Grand, wholesome, authentic. Their Thali has 45 items and every dish has it's own distinct flavor.
Their thali is a burst of authentic flavors.
One can say that Thali looks complex but the beauty of this thali is in the simplicity of its flavors, however complex it looks. Dishes are a mix of Rajasthani, Gujrati, and Punjabi cuisine. Servings are small so that you are not overwhelmed but meal is unlimited. I had loved the fact that no two flavors were same and considerate thoughts have been gone into the process of selecting dishes for the thali. No matter how different they were as an individual cord but all together they were making a harmonious symphony.
Could be a lot if you are a light eater. Make sure that you are not visiting the restaurant even with a partially full stomach. Save your appetite through the day and then go visit this place to do a full justice.
Eat as much as you want but just don’t waste it. You might get a rose if you will leave your plate spick and span :)

Hello, my initial videos are done using iPhone 11 pro. Lately I started using my Nikon Z7 ii for videos. This particular video was shot using Nikon Z7 ii. Sometimes I use Nikon D850. I also use Canon Vixia G60 sometimes. However, if light is good then an iPhone or a good mobile camera can get you pretty good footage. I hope this answers your question.
