To me... I don't really think the under painting technique is the fastest but I just feel that it's just another technique of doing make-up around that is if you don't want to do it the regular way... But anyways the underpainting technique is really really nice I tried it today and I came back with my review on it so I think I can literally stick with it sometimes but I stick with the normal procedures of doing makeup thank you.
