Valkorion probably high diffs now that I think about it. This fight would still be very interesting and fun to watch. Caedus would still give Valkorion a way better fight than any Sith before him ever could. Only Caedus, Krayt, and DE Sidious could match Valkorion imo.

So despite being the better duellist, Caedus won’t be able to stand against someone who can drain planets even while disembodied on the edge of death.

well one example is vitiate a couple times nearly consumed all the life energy of the galaxy was successful with 2 planets at least and his next step was the galaxy or at least multiple worlds at once. he is also over 1000 years old most of which he spent studying the force and was powerful enough to keep a group called the dread masters a group of sith who could cause full armies of unprepared jedi and sith to go insane among other powers they had under control. as well as he could possess armies of sith and jedi as well as a good portion of a planetary militaries forces all at once and these were all fully combat trained jedi and sith who are more skilled them most clone wars jedi by descent amount given they hadn't been at peace for 1000 years so hadn't become complacent. as a few examples of things he has done.
