Hey Robert, good question. It is a horizontal style belt, but we can certainly make it in a vertical orientation by request. Only drawback is that it takes a couple weeks to have custom requests made where the horizontal ones are ready to ship next day.

If you measure in a size that is bigger than what’s available on the site, just call to place the order that way and talk to the customer service reps. They do a great job so you can also contact them for help measuring if needed!
The Muffler can fit in this belt, along with all of the other Stealth Belts. You just need to order the mufflers one time and you can use the same ones interchangeably with all future Belts.

These belts are great for swimming because they hold your ostomy appliance securely against your skin.

Over 5 mins of my life ruined.
Stealth belts suck. The material is so thick they don’t conceal anything. Nothing stealth about them.
