@@oeddotdevI just upgraded to jet black S10 from my series 5. Seems there’s no reviews anywhere of the scratch resistance hey! I had the JB iPhone 7 back in the day - this watch seems to be holding up better than that did. I remember polishing the iPhone with a microfibre cloth and micro scratching straight away. The watch hasn’t done that so far, so fingers crossed it’s much harder.
I got the aluminum in silver 46mm , I was not sure at first cuz the screen a bit big but I’m glad I went for it , it was true I charge it for 30 min and I got like 80% lasted all day so far
I've just got my series 10 switching from the ultra. It feels so much thinner and lighter and I'm finding the double tap very useful. Battery life is great. Took it off charge at 8am with 100% and after 13 hours it's on 67% 👍🏻
I got the Series 10 in silver and I love it. The Jet Black is gorgeous but I was afraid of getting it because I don’t think the finish it’s going to age well.
I upgraded my S7 edition to S10 and it feels a nice upgrade. Faster charging, 100% battery health again, slightly bigger screen, feels thinner and looks it. Over all an upgrade from S7
Sticking with the Ultra 2 this year. I got a bit tired of the standard Apple Watch style, which hasn't really changed a lot since day 1. So when the Ultra came out it really wowed me with its so different look and design and double the battery life, so I have no desire to go back to the standard Apple Watch again at this point. Looking forward to what the Ultra 3 will bring 😀
I'll be picking up a jet black 10 next weekend, upgrading from my blue series 7 with 82% battery health. The battery is easily tanking lately so I think that'll be a pretty good upgrade for me
I upgraded from Series 4 to Series 10, and I’m impressed by the larger, brighter always-on display and the lighter design. The improved health features like blood oxygen measurement and sleep apnea detection offer peace of mind. Double-tap and faster charging are also great, and I’m happy to feel the progress over six generations.
@@zollotechIt’s too small for me too. I have an ultra 2. I am planning on buying it for my mom and nobody is posting comparisons of the smaller sizes. Shame.

I’ve got a silver stainless steel series 8 and I don’t think I’m going to upgrade yet. It’s still got 100% battery health and handles everything I’ve thrown at it so far. I am curious how the new shiny finishes will hold up though, especially on the aluminum one. My series 8 is shiny and scratches easily, so I have to polish it up every once in a while. It’s not a big deal though (on the silver color at least).
This… is… a Watch video… but the questions you should ask when deciding to upgrade your phone are: Do the features of the new phone make it worth it to you to upgrade? And the price difference if you trade in, is it worth it to you-it comes down to how much you value the new model. Since it’s now in-store, if you live close to one, go see them in-person.
I have an Aluminum Seres 5 that's getting about 5 hours of battery life so i ordered the new 10 Seres natural Titanium to replace it! should be a decent upgrade
I traded in my Ultra 1 for an Hermes Series 10. I bought the jet black aluminum and got it yesterday but this morning I noticed there was a scratch by the slot where the band goes in. I think a metal lug scratched it when I was trying one of my metal bands in it. I went back and returned the jet black and put that money towards my Hermes which is the one I really wanted! I’ve had it a few hours and I love the bigger screen on the series 10! It feels so nice
I’m shocked at the large black band of bezels on this one…I seriously thought it would be better and think my iPhone 7 seems like the bezels are smaller.
I’ll stick with my ultra 2. Was thinking about the titanium but I too don’t like the idea of losing the blood oxygen sensor. Hope they get that back. Wonder if the new ones have the sensor but it’s turned off for now.
Upgraded from the Series 4 to the same set up in the Slate Titanium 46mm. Very comfortable and the Milanese band is very comfortable for me. I’ll probably add some addition bands later so I can mix it up.
The jet black looks really good. They say it’s 10% slimmer, but I feel like it looks more slim than that in your video. The watches look really nice, but I’m going to stick with my Ultra 2.
I may consider this year’s models but if Apple decides to add a new sensor such as blood pressure sensor or a sweat sensor etc it would be worth the wait and buy.
Hey Zollo, I have an iPhone 13 mini and I was thinking of upgrading to 15 Pro or 16/16 Plus. Which do you think is a better choice? Some said the 15 Pro is faster than the normal 16s.
I didn’t realize the 10 got rid of the blood oxygen sensor. I ordered a black aluminum. I’ve had my ultra series one for 2 years and I don’t wear it as much, because it just feels too bulky most days for me. I have both sleep apnea and afib, so, I don’t need the watch to tell me. 😂
Preordered the silver aluminium 46mm watch and I’m excited I have a blue series six with the battery life about to die it’s been four years of everyday use and the watch has held up better than the other before it. I am happy to go back to a silver watch after the blue case I found it not as stylish as just the sliver Apple Watch. I’m looking forward to the big screen and the seconds hand with the screen off
I am surprised that for series 10 they didn't do any major design change like they did with iPhone X. I got a series 8 used a few months ago and I feel like I'll probably be good for two or three years since I was using a series 4 that still worked great just reduced battery life
Nice Watches! Aaron you don't really have much hair on your arms 😎 So they can show the time left on podcasts, but not when playing music on the watch? It should be universal for all audio
Has Apple abandoned the Product Red line up ? I’m looking to upgrade from series 7 to series 10 but where is the red color option ? All my Apple devices have been Product Red, I like the idea of the money going to a worthy cause but also I just really like red ❤. Heard a rumor that in the “near future” Apple will be introducing new color options ? For the iPhone 16 and/or the 10 watch ? I hope so
Thank you for this video. I will be keeping my series 7 for one more year. I would love to see a video on what we can expect to see next year, I assume the Apple Watch series 11 will be the anniversary edition which will include Apple intelligence and I’m hoping I’m not wrong.
I’ve had a Series 9 since last year. Although the S10 looks really nice, I won’t be upgrading. Since the blood oxygen feature has been removed from watches sold in the US, I don’t see a point in upgrading, unless I somehow find a way to import a watch from another country.
I've had a Series 5 since June 2020. Battery life is really bad, performance is really bad and slow and quite often the apps don't even load or refresh! No watchOS 11 support. I'm not sure what to upgrade to. I'd love an Ultra 2 because of the battery life, design and the "active life/adventure" focus. Series 10 looks nice too.
Ordered the gold titanium (coming 10/7) and wanted the gold link band but it is currently unavailable. So I ordered the gold Milanese. Through your Apple contacts, can you find out when the gold link will be selling?
Quantified Scientist just did his initial review on the sensors for this watch, it actually improved over the Watch 9. With the exception of the new Pixel Watch, every watch released this year seemed to go backwards, even the GW7U with its new “bio sensor”. The Watch 10 is the new watch to beat in terms of accuracy!
Genius Bar podcast cameo 🙂. Setting up the Apple Watch is always very pleasing. Keeping my Ultra (1) for another year. I had an Apple Watch Edition in brushed dark Ti, Series 7 45mm.
Good video as usual, Aaron… but I would like to ask you, if there is any chance you could review the Black Titanium Milanese Loop conceived for the Apple Watch Ultra (but can be even used with the normal Apple Watch 46mm)??? Thank you, and again… great video as usual!
Y’all need to stop upgrading every year. because if you don’t upgrade apple will actually come up with something new instead of the same thing every year( they know you will buy it anyways)
Nice. I’m gonna get an Apple Watch series 10 for Christmas this year (maybe). I currently own an Apple Watch Series 6. Great video Aaron. Keep it up!! 😊🎉
Picked up a Jet Black Aluminum S10 today, upgraded from a S4 love it so far.
Does it scratch like the jet black iP7?

not worth upgrading until blood oxygen returns to the new watches

The Series 7 looks so much better here, in terms of the bezels.

I just got the series 10 in jet black I hope the finish doesn't scratch like the jet black iPhone 7 did may have to get a case
The bezel increase :(
The bezels blend into the jet black outer case so it’s like you don’t notice them .

i want that too but the black one
I got the Series 10 in silver and I love it. The Jet Black is gorgeous but I was afraid of getting it because I don’t think the finish it’s going to age well.
So black I needed a flashlight to attach band. Nice watch overall
I probably should upgrade my series 7 Apple Watch
Why?
@@ThePosiview Yeah why? I have a 7 to and there isn't much worth upgrading for.
I upgraded my S7 edition to S10 and it feels a nice upgrade. Faster charging, 100% battery health again, slightly bigger screen, feels thinner and looks it. Over all an upgrade from S7

I will buy new once they add a major new sensor such as blood pressure.
I feel like the 7 actually looks like a better look could be just the way I see it in the video
I’ve got both ultras and decide to get the 10 and wow what a difference. Don’t feel like I’m wearing a watch now
I think this would be a huge upgrade for me because I have the Apple Watch SE 1st gen

im gonna upgrade to a 42mm silver series 10 from a series 2. im so excited
I would like to see how the new jet black compares to old Milanese shiny straps and (if you have it) the jet black iPhone 7
hi I really want a closer look at the bezels… seem to be too much big compared to series 9
I got the Jet Black 42 mm and so far loving it! Came from an SE so it's a noticeable upgrade!
Nobody seems to be doing a 42mm series 10 screen size comparison to the prior 41mm on series 8 or 9.... everyone just compares the larger 46mm.
Too small for me personally.
