I'm going to copy your idea for my own "spaceship" minifridge/storage box (fridge doesnt work so it's a cabinet) and have some Imperial equipment on my ship that was perhaps liberated by some Jawas and that I got for a great deal, used. Regarding the "Turn lights on/off routine", look into (raspberry pi) homeassistant and smartplugs? You can turn everything on/off with 1 button, or program a scheme yourself...Enjoy your xmas and newyears!!!! Love from the Netherlands!
I've considered that, but honestly I enjoy all the switch flipping. That may sound weird, but I like the interaction with my room. Appreciate the ideas though!! And thanks for watching from the Netherlands!!!
I wonder if some kind of oil has soaked into the MDF in just those two spots? The paint may have started pulling it to the surface and mixed to cause the texture.. Great build either way!

Cool Channel but I think you might want to lower down some of the music or keep the volume low, gets high and low alot. Otherwise I really enjoy your projects.

FWIW, I’ve seen paint occasionally do that when the previous layer wasn’t fully dried. Fantastic build and great walkthrough!
