Glad to see you're alright Anthony. Sometimes people need an example like you to get a clue. Hopefully others will step up as well. Perhaps a quick community meeting might help. You tell a couple neighbors and they tell a few more that you're all going to meet at x location to see what you all can do as a team to try to help move recovery along. Stay safe!

@@PalmettoPrepared We are fine. Just minor flooding here and some trees down, but nothing that affected us directly, just had power out for a day at one of the properties. Long recovery road for those in the flooded valleys, it's hard to fathom!

More or less I'm not into advertising I'm doing a good deed for recognitions sake. I don't do good deeds for glory of man. But there are so many able bodied men just sitting on their hands thinking that because they pay taxes, they don't have to do anything but sit around and complain.

@@PalmettoPrepared That there is. One of my channel members sent me an email about two prepping channels that were on vacation in Florida. One saw the tract change and packed up and went home, the other decided to stick it out and go to an amusement park. Things went from bad to worse for them. Attitude matters, before during and after.

Trees are a very big problem. The fire trucks and power line crews out here have chainsaws in all of their standard gear. That is how frequent we deal with trees falling out here. God bless you for helping out.
Last year, we had a resident get trapped and died in his home. An Oak landed on his house and his home was barricaded from all points by trees. Rescue and the residents literally spent hours trying to rescue him by cutting through all the trees. It was a tragic mess. Take care and be safe, man.

@@PalmettoPrepared I recall Walt Disney's show "Zorro" the official from Spain said, "Ask not what Spain can do for you, but ask what you can do for Spain". In the late 50s. Also Ho Chi Minh aka Uncle Ho leader of the Vietnam’s Communist Party also said something very similar (translations are not always perfect) in 55.
I know that you of course mean JFK. Just because others said something similar doesn’t mean that he was aware of them or that it was unoriginal to his own thoughts. More than 1 mathematician came up A^[2]+B^[2]= C^[2] on different continents and at different times.
Today I fear that he would be called woke. I really important thing to remember is what it meant/means. That we have a duty to the nation in which we reside.
