First time I saw Run The Jewels live, they had jut dropped RTJ1, Almost everybody I was talking to before show was there for El-P. Including me. They opened up for Wu Tang. Nobody really knew them as group. Boy they fucking KILLED it! And the quality of their sound honestly was just Levels above Wu-Tang's. Guessing El-p's sound engineering school had something to do with that.

He's always been a phenomenal writer, and is shows in his earlier work. I'm saddened that the masses don't focus on the true lyricists of our generation.
