3 eggs.
150 g sugar (3/4 cup).
A pinch of salt.
a little vanilla.
180 ml milk (3/4 cup).
80 ml oil (1/3 cup).
Zest of one lemon.
300 g flour (2 cups).
10 g baking powder.
500 g apples.
Lime juice.
1/2 tsp cinnamon.
26 cm casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180° C.
