Before performing for a packed house at Constitution Hall in Washington D.C. Saturday night, Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Chrisette Michele sat down with KickRocs.com's E. to explain how her new album, "Better," represents her turning the corner from a broken point in her life and finding true happiness.
She also discusses a new single from the album releasing soon, her role in the upcoming season of TV One's "R&B Divas: Los Angeles" reality show, her love for the music road and being an opening act, and breaks down the Neo-Soul music genre for those who may not quite get it.
