Welcome back to my channel :) In today’s video I am SUPER excited because the hair tool company TYMO is collaborating with me to test out their new AirFlow 2 in 1 hair curler and straightener!!! This product is truly something I’ve never seen before. A curler and straightener in one? I just purchased this product. I read all instructions. It says to not use if your hair has hairspray or any other flammable hair products in it. I generally put a silkening glow product on before I air or blow dry. But it says flammable on it! What are your thoughts. TYMO just covering legal bases or should I be concerned? I would think with the cooling fan I wouldn’t start my hair on fire. Lol
Wondering, too if a heat protection or a rest of hairspray could be a safety item!, Thanks for asking and hope Victoria gets back to our concerns
You can use heat protectant and hairspray! I do recommend using the hairspray after you are done using the hot tool!

Thank you for your video, very helpful 🙏🏼💗 I would have liked to hear more about the fan, we hat you thought about the results using the air vs not using it. Specifically if it seems to hold the curl better. I think I am going to purchase this one but going to watch some other videos on other similar products first. Thank you again 🙏🏼😊
Yes definitely use the air! It sets the curl so I would always use it. I bought this iron after watching this video. It’s as good as she says! My hair is very straight and has never held curl long. Well let me tell you I curled my hair this morning and put a little hairspray on them and have been in and out all day. It’s now 9pm and the curls are still very much there!

It’s awesome. I bought one and my hair is very straight and hates to hold curl. I curled my hair this morning have been both inside and outside a lot today and it’s still very curled as of 9pm tonight and it will be fairly curly tomorrow too.
At 08:44 you say to twist once and pull through, but after that, you continue to twist it more as you pull it through your hair. Is the extra twisting needed for longer pieces of hair?
I got this tool a little while ago and just can't get it to work. every day I've been trying different methods, watching so many yt vids, but nothing works. occasionally I'll get a good curl, but most of the time it's almost nothing. just doing the very ends I can usually ( not always) get some sort of curl. it's just incredibly difficult and inconsistent in my experience. I really wanted to like this, but its sooo hard to use.
I would say the extra twisting helps, make sure when your pulling through the hair is really gripped! Did you try to higher the heat setting? That may also help!! xo
Hi did you ever get it to work and make good curls? The reason I ask is I just bought one and have tries every possible way to make curls and at the most I get a slight bend or wave that falls out really fast
@@ashleybrown4590 I gave up 😞 maybe I'll give it another go soon. I've actually just ordered that wylera auto curler so I'll see how that goes when it arrives. 🤞
Here's some tips I've learned:
1. Make sure your heat setting is high enough for your hair type. There's suggestions in the directions for those who are unsure.
2. Try smaller sections of hair. The section you're curling should be as large as the barrel size. (1 inch barrel = one inch section of hair.)
3. Pass it slowly enough through your hair so the heat is on it long enough.
4. Definitely have the fan on so the cool air sets the curl immediately while you're curling.
Using the fan while curling makes the curls last longer.
What is the best hair solution for curls to stay❤❤. Have Asani 2 in 1 airflow curling wand. Like hair styling tool looks like yours❤❤.

Dear Victoria, does a rest of hairspray or heatprotection be a safety item? I soemtimes touch up my waves after a day and there s a rest of hairproduct ( haitspray, dry shampoo) in it. I also use a keratin heatprotection in my hair. Is this not allowed with airflow tymo?
You can use hairspray and dry shampoo! I use that in my hair as well as other heat protectant when I use the airflow:)

Hair Does not feel hot when curl comes out of tool . But curls did not last either so maybe we need the heat?!
