wow what a woman, this is so inspiring for me to see and how very incredible and powerful and strong you are working out and still breastfeeding your baby go mama💕 I am a mama of 2 boys and breastfed both for 2 years each and for me I gained alot of weight so now I am focusing on myself and losing the baby weight finally and following my beginner gym workout and couch to 5k program 💕

We actually had our nursery set and my daughters name in the decor and things personalized but when she was born and I looked at her a completely different name came to me so we changed it right then! Now it's a funny story we tell.

Probably a preference thing. Or simply moving it out of the way during movements where they don’t immediately need it.
A post pregnant Tia would still beat the majority of top CrossFitters. I wonder where she would place at the Games right now. Top 30? I bet she could. She’s unreal💯🔥💪 Baby is so damn cute too❤️🙏🏻
