The last one... " Forget the marks... focus on knowledge"... this is missing in today's education system.. Every parents running for marks. No one bother about knowledge...
In the last part,
The woman ( principal )was in a meeting with the guardians of her students.
She was asking them how much percentage they got at on their schools or colleges.
But they all forget.
Lastly she told them, " I only got 59 % in college, but still I am standing before you as a principal. "
No one will remember how much you got.
So, please don't go for number or percentage !!
Just follow how much your child learnt from the lessons.

You should really look out for translations of last advertisement if you don't already have. It had a very good message in the words. FYI for Indians Teachers are at the same level as God. God gives us life and Teacher teaches us how to live that life. We all are at different stages of life connected in a special way with our Gurus.

Still i remember my physics sir, and telugu teacher.
Last ad was about a teacher telling parents to focus on quality education and not grades because nobody remembers grades in the end as the teacher herself was very bad at study in her school and college days and still she is teaching their kids .
Do watch the movie Gardish directed by Priyadarshan which would give you the experience of real Mumbai or Indian middle class and realistic approach on what goes on to become just a normal human being.
And do the reaction too. I am sure you guys would love this movie. It's a classic

Last one u didn't get as there were no subs was about a lady principal asking to parents how much marks u got in 9th Class ..parents don't recollect ..than she again asks tell about collage marks.. still parents can't.. than she tells she got only 59 % in 10 th .. and refers to parents to look for child's abilities not the marks.... it's been a good ad with deep massage.. as there is a rat race in india to get higher marks...& children live in pressure & competitive life. #Movie Community Collage

Hey Professor and Warriror Queen,a quick fact check, the second last advertisement of Gatorade, about the coach his badminton player. The actors are real, in that advertisement, the coach, is Pulela Gopichand, and Player is, PV Sindhu.
Funny thing is, PV Sindhu recently won the BWF2019 beating her Japanese Opponent. And stood by her side, applauding her was her coach, Pulela Gopichand both of who you see in that very same add. Isn't it strange, how things end up in the end. She also wonthe silver in Rio Olympics and lost to Carolina from Spain.
These advertisement are really strong though. I understand when you both become teary, because I too at the same time. Such advertisements across the world are very powerful no matter what their language is.
