they can mean a little something in like a clinical standpoint but they depend a lot on standardization when they’re given and literally any given factor like the temp of the room, what they ate that morning, whether or not they’re wearing comfy socks, etc, can influence a score so much that it makes them really undependable. plus tests have to be adjusted based on like age and different life factors so they’re just really hard to give properly. so like no they’re not like complete bullshit per-say but they are really unreliable and kind of mean nothing in a day to day context :p
