@@velize5978 yes, there is a spot on the front cover that holds a magnetic. If that is missing the machine goes into standby just like when the cover is off. When looking at the machine with the cover on. My magnet locations is in the upper right.

Im having the same issue but displays UH 00 with the loud beeping as well and the motor stops like after 8 seconds. 😢

Yes, it is correct, but it would be better if use hard ice cream powder.
