Hi i have reballed the cpu and sold to another cnc mother board but its on dfu and not going to recovery mode can you please help me what will be the issue?
Is it possible for cpu to get shorted, i mean i remove A13 cpu and reball and put back on board but some lines are shorted i reball twice but same lines are shorted.
hello friend, I recommend that you disassemble the cpu and measure those lines on the cpu without being on the diode scale plate so you will know if the short is in the cpu or the board
@@Cell_HJ i done it no any line shorted on cpu, i checked board also no short also. But when i solder cpu on board board can’t power on. When i press power button, power supply just show jump 0.445 amps and 0, 435 amps and 0, just loop like this. Do you sell some kind of advice sir i am not noob in cpu jobs but i am not good in this. I can’t transfer A8 & A9 but some times i fail even A10-14 cpu. So i need help. Thank you for answer sir.
