ive always been interested in r.c. cars and trucks. finally at the age of 46 i found the scx24 last month. and what started out a deadbolt is now a frankenstein monster. ive got tackle boxes full of extras a new airbrush and shopping 3d printers. thank you for this rule info crash coursei understand a few things now and gave me an idea for a video on the page im thinking of starting if you dont feel disrespected if i use this as catalyst. please tell me if it would
So wheel change is allowed but no wheel weights... so clarify this, no brass wheels, rings, screws, spacers, etc. right? But brass stuff like diff covers, hexes, knuckles, links, ends, etc. are OK. Just the rotational wheel mass is what we are talkin about.
Based on this tires like mudlingers, trailkings, scramblers ect are only allowed on class2 correct? Are there any overall weight restrictions? I'm understanding this to say class one mean NO mods. How about shocks (double barrels, long travels ect), also no body wheel opening cuts?
So it seems like your rules totally exclude the FCX vehicles. They're 24 scale and factory rim to rim are 5 inches. Basically you have to have an axial to compete with you guys
Actually an FCX24 is totally included. You just need to modify it. Unfortunately they don't seem to do very well and aren't a very common 1:24 scaled RC you'll see in comps. They did have a minor appearance a couple months ago in a few comps but building what you want vs what you need was pretty evident.
Finally someone coming up with some classifications for 1/24 scale rig classes. Thank you. Nicely done

Anything to help promote the Hobby is definitely a good thing 😁. We'd be honored.
