How do you get your route to the TomTom Go app on iPhone? I've logged using my MyDrive credentials in the app, but where is there route that I planned?

Hi TomTom I have added a Community POI file and it shows in the my places folder and I can look up all of the places which is great. however, when on a route how can I add a travel via one of the LPG stations from the community file? They're not an option, it's just petrol stations. I am using the Go 6100, thanks!

I have a TomTom go basic ,I've updated the satnav and have downloaded the app to my Android smartphone but the two devices will not connect,in the phone app I get to the page that's says, Connect Your TomTom device and at the bottom it says show me how so I press the Show Me How button and the next page is supposed to be a list of devices to connect to but instead I go straight to the page that says,Get Ready To Connect and at the bottom of this page it says Scan Code so I press this button and the camera comes on to scan the QR code on the satnav but nothing happens,I've been on to TomTom and told them about the problems and they replied telling me how to connect a TomTom Via 54 ,they do not read the emails,might as well get a Garmin satnav

I have a problem . as I drive the Demostrajion will start in a 1.min and I touch the screen ok it goes and a min after it comes again now I like the tom tom Go Basic but I am fad up can you tell me what to do to take it off this Demostation it is veru dangerus when driving
Tomtom people.....I use the new GO 60 and I was able to transfer my community POI's to the new device but on my old via 1500 series I was able to add and edit my POI's from the device which was great because I use it for my job and the POI's sometimes change and being able to change them was alot easier. Is there any way you can come up with an update to enable this function on the GO series??

I have just purchased 400 and want to download my routes from my rider. How do you do this from the laptop as they sit in a separate directory and not on My Drive?

I purchased a TomTom GO610 in Singapore, with all the glossy videos advertised for MyDrive interactive use between iPad, iPhone, computer etc, but the app is not available, not even sure if it really exists yet ! Very misleading false advertising by TomTom ! Does anyone know when it will it be available ????

Now we have cell phone and we can use Google map for driving. My question why TomTom were still used by some people?
I feel the same as others! This new TomTom program is hopelessly complex compared to the old TomTom home. I can't synchronise, there's insufficient memory to operate the device (and its Brand new!!). Confusing, baffling .... a real step backwards in technology from TomTom.

mijn tomtom 6000 wil niet herkennen dat hij aangesloten is aan de computer. je hoort wel aan de computer dat hij aangesloten wordt, maar de tomtom geeft niet aan dat hij verbonden is met de computer. dus ik kan de downloads niet installeren. frustrerend. ik werk met windows vista.
If it doesn't work yet, then why do you advertise it as working and available? In regards to your comment that I can use it as an app on my iPhone- well that doesn't work because your TOM TOM app isn't available yet in the UK (where I reside) either! I'm very disappointed with your lack of integrity! I paid a premium to purchase your device with the advertised functionality vs your competition in the market. I deeply regret that decision now.

TomTom site is always down. I want to access my Drive and I cannot retrieve my password because it is impossible on the site. The comments on the site are also slow. On top of that I bought this device so that I would not keep on updating it... and they tell me I need to pay... just rubbish... very disapointed

Why is it that once I have updated my TOMTOM Go 500 when I go to use it a comment comes up Reinstall a map you already own or go to the TomTom shop to buy a map.. !: this has free maps every year 2: Help

***** You would think, I called, and they told me to rtfm, which I have read 5 times by now. The problem is that the manual assumes the device gets listed in the device manager. It is not listed in network devices, nor in usb adapters, and believe me none of the other sections either, i checked them all.
So my solution for now is return to sender get a new 610 and if that one doesn't work either ask for a refund.

@@TomTom Why has an app with a 2.5 rating not been updated for nearly a year? Does Tomtom even care that its app is broken and its customers are furious? Do they even have a developer on staff?
You need to get rid of the background music or tone it down because it is very distracting. Thanks!

very frustrating because I just bought my Tom Tom and I live in the UK and now cannot download the app on my iPhone! Very misleading and very disappointing--NOT HAPPY TOM TOM PEOPLE!

no longer connects to phone, which is a real shame.. it used to be good for co driver to be able to feed into tomtom. Tomtom used to be the best gps, Mydrive has let them down
How can I CHANGE the WRONG route that TomTom has planned? I am not even going to be polite since every time TomTom manage to make me angry beyond words. Start - set, Destination - set...route is wrong I want to change it...How can I do that??
+Tomas kváča You can now add stops to a planned route (on MyDrive at least) which causes the route to change and you can then send that route to the device.

I have a Rider 550, and I am somewhat disgusted with TomTom. Their MyDrive app (which you must have running on your phone in the background via Bluetooth to have real time traffic, messaging , etc. on your TomTom device) has a 2.5 rating on the Google Play Store, and with good reason. Even with battery / background restrictions turned on it continues to suck your battery unless you force a stop (actually, even then it somehow turns back on!) whether or not Bluetooth is activated on your phone. It also cannot upload .ITN files to your TomTom. If you record a track on your TomTom, you cannot use wifi or Bluetooth to download it to your phone or computer - you must use an SD card and cable. Additionally, there is no way to load ITN files on to your TomTom without using a sd card or cable. And finally, they have not updated their app (despite the numerous complaints in the reviews) for nearly a year! It seems like TomTom simply abandoned its customers with a broken app and incomplete firmware and doesn't even bother to keep up with new versions of Android.

Absolutly nightmare !! why u complicated simply thinks ! why is not possible just connect tomtom with cable with my mac and just transfer !! my tom-tom don't have internet i need connect my tom tom with mobile via bluetooth than use tethering on my mobile connect than using tom-tom connect to website ( of corse first 10 times was a problem with connecting !!)!! IDIOTIC simple connect TT via usb and transfer !!! NO TomTom now Best !!! Another thing why when i find 10 new favourite places is no button transfer all !!! u just need to click one by one !! OMG

+Jakey D Hey Jake, it is possible you can plan your route then open 'My places' check the LPG stations that you have saved and select the ones you want to add to your route. By tapping on them you will see the option 'Add to Current route.' For other options for adding waypoints maybe you can check this link: bit.ly/1WhQUL6
+TomTom Official Hi, thank you very much, this does work but only if I know what LPG stations are along my route. When in the my places and in my LPG folder, if I select to only show the ones along my route it takes a while to load and then still just shows me all of them. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!
