You need to remove all attachment points for objects to become physics based in this game. So if you have a floating platform, you probably need to hammer or saw something cause it's still connected to the other parts in the air.
Have to admit that I wasn't planning on buying this, considering the first game's unrealistic approach, but what you're showing here makes me more interested 🙂
I love seeing this game! You definitely need to do a lot more of this drae. We totally need a series of you 100% destroying every ship in the game. Also PLEASE GO BACK TO The Eternal Cylinder. YOU NEVER FINISHED IT.
This is a game I think it'd be amusing to watch a speedrun of. At least individual jobs. Just watching a guy run in and completely dismantle a boat in a minute.

when you have collected the contract stuff, i think you need to go sort it and then after the sorting hit TAB and mayby manuelly complete the contract to get paid. worth a try atleast but keep it going. loved the first episode..
i was watching RCE play this and you can knock down the floors above to make it go by quicker. idk why it didn't work when you started at the very bottom but I think it can work if you start at a floor or 2 above and that should knock the down the floors above it. i expect this kind of "destruction" from the first game but was disappointed that it wasn't but glad its here now and might actually pick it up this time around.
The problem is you can’t fall all down is there are still things that need to be removed with crane it would fall down if you remove things just like the container and the engine
The thing I hate most about this game is how repetitive the hammering is, the mechanic makes it a box throwing sim (imo), and how the sorting station only gives you bonus for combos, not for materials

I ended up skipping the first Game because as you mentioned the Fact you only disassemble minor Parts of a Ship, or well, not really the entire Ship at all made me lose Interest in the Game completely. Hoping this 2nd Part will be like Hardspace where you take apart the entire Thing.

Can't wait for episode 2! Also I think those equipment upgrades might just be blueprints and you unlock it somewhere else.

You have to go to the shop next to the recycler to upgrade your tools. You only got the blueprints. You also have to have the resources to uograde
I've seen multiple vids of players not actually upgrading. I just laugh when they spend the time with basic tools thinking they have upgrades. lol
Knowing that I've always got a new drae video to come home to just makes my day easier

Also, you can make the upper floors collapse by removing every part that holds it to the main parts, saving you massive amounts of time
This game seems a lot more polished than the other one, perhaps I'll look into getting this!

The gold in the engine was for electrical components. Gold conducts electricity very well.

This is wrong, you go back to the computer to claim contracts. Sorting sells everything and the contract requirements reset
quick tip when u hammer the floor spots u dont need to cut the beams the break when u hammer the underneath panels

If you do it right you can take all the supports out underneath and all the upper levels come crashing down
