This song helped me through my break up a lot , it really helped me understand that i can't keep dwelling on what ifs and whys and that kind of stuff, it sucks but you have to keep pushing on and at days it's hard, so it's ok to be sad , as long as you're pushing towards a better tomorrow that's all you need , so to you whoever is reading this , if things are hard now , i hope they get better and keep pushing , things do get better , i absolutely believe in you and if they aren't live every moment to its fullest. Good luck and thank you Rome Hero , you guys are my heros.

i’m going through the roughest time in my life right now. was emotionally, mentally, and physically abused by someone who convinced me that they always had my best interests at heart. i’ve just been so broken up over it because i really trusted her with my heart, and i always gave her the benefit of the doubt, always had faith that she would grow and treat me better. but that day would never come, and it’s heartbreaking to realize how much i allowed her to put me through, and how often she would pass the blame and gaslight me by making me feel guilty for wanting to end the relationship several times. it’s made me question my self esteem, and if love is even real. but i listen to this song and it feels like the lyrics are speaking to me. i’m trying to use this pain as motivation. i’m trying to finally live the life i’ve always wanted. i’m trying to realize that i’m not worthless, regardless of how other treat me. i’m trying to realize that there WILL be someone else here for me someday. until then, whenever i start to feel hopeless, i listen to this song and listen hard and remind myself that my life isn’t over. thank you so much for writing this for all the anxious and depressed mfers who can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. ❤
