After earth filling in plinth is rcc required to be done before laying tiles.
No, it is not mandatory....if the soil is very loose then u can provide rcc for floor

Near by my house. Underground water tank is being built by digging inside ground floor room. The worker dug very near to edges of sides of room. After raising up the water tank bricklayer. Now while backfilling while compacting while putting water for compaction for every 1 feet the stones from stone layers of that house beneath plinth beam are falling due to water what should be done in that case? Should we put water or not while compacting?

Hello sir, mera ghar ban rha hai, us area me construction k samai kuch portion me pani bhara tha(daldal type se), footing ho gya hai, and plinth beam k lye 5' ht tak brickwork bhi ho gya hai, to aise area me filling sand se phle karna hai ya soil, aur kitne proportion me sand and soil filling kare, kuch logo ka yeh bhi kahna hai ki sand filling jada krna hai usse chuhe ni aate hai, please reply
Pehle sand daalke daldal ko dry kijiye, uske baad mitti daal k compaction kijiye, upar ke 1 ft height se jyda sand nhi hona chahiye

I saw somewhere that the owner is filling baloo or morang river sand to do filling and he is saying that if you have basement room in your house its mandatory to do so as rain water will not come to that portion and saying earth sand or mitti will not settle as properly as morang or river sand do

Three story building er footing:
1.Brick soling
2. 5 inches RCC above brick.
3. Then 8 inches RCC with double rod footing.
4. Then Taper 6 inches.
5. Taper top to below tie beam is 5 ft high. Tie beam PL e deoya.
GL to PL 3 ft.
GL pore 2 ft high kora hobe.
Tahole, Tiebeam er height footing er top theke 5 ft kora ta kono mistake holo?

That means only plinth beam provide kara hoyeche....underground kono beam provide kara hoyni......kara uchit chilo......earthquake load resistance er jonno underground beam(tie beam) khub important....

Soil ....bt u need to compact the soil properly making layers.....fill soil at 1 feet height & then compact thoroughly....repeat the process upto plinth level....Hope i could make u understand my point...

Fill with soil & compact well layer by layer...fill 1 feet soil ,compact very well & then again fill soil & repeat the steps......sand filling should not be more than 6 inch thick..

I have got soil filling about 4 feet hight from ground level and one foot layer of soil has been compacted upon filling ...now contractor is saying to fill sand to cover 5 inch and then brick ballast will be used
