I take it yours are all temporary setups, and as such require no filtration. I set up a 75 Gallon tank using the white sand found nearby in place of the customary gravel. In a period of a year or two, I had two expensive filtration units damaged by their taking in sand. The sand was no doubt suspended by air stones and then sucked into the filters.
i';m sure they break it down, the setup is more for watching a artist work. its calming and methodical, meant to represent what's under the water.. they don't stop filming and leave it there. How can this video get dislikes?
+Kriswixx this video can get dislikes because, first, even though it looks spectacular, that aquarium space will not enough that amount of fishes in the future. Second, even though the aquarium is showing the nature, fishes will not show their natural behaviour because of the crowdness.Therefore, If you are respectful to nature and patientful for success of your aquarium, you will not put so many fishes inside the tank. You will plan your tank population. I assume that this aquarium is hypotetical. They did not carry the tank with all the fishes, water and plants. So by the way, nothing is irrespectful in this video. What I should say is people should not take this video as a guide.

I don't quite get it, how can you be so brave as to swim together with an electric eel? According to stories they were seen immobilizing a whole horse in the water.. Aren't you afraid at all?
Sorry Ivan, why are you so fuzzy? I decorate many natural tanks too, and i was in Venezuela too for several times. That must have been a shock to see an electric eel underwater! But please never do center a decoration piece anymore, that is a typical human habit, and doesn't look natural. I would have chosen to put it the other way around in the tank anyway. And when the way you did, cut it off the way, you can put it more out of the centre. and you should have add more leaves and sticks into the tank. for the rest very nice. No piranhas in that part of the river? In every creek i went into, there were always piranhas.

The eel is an electric eel, and have the potent to kill him. The tank is also too small for an eel that size.
