People standing in the area will take more damage from magical attacks due to the protection shred. Then if you activate it it slows them. Making 2-1-auto-2 the optimal combo for damage if you dont have ult 2124 if you do. You're right that the crush itself doesnt do more damage.

Penetration and Protections reduced are different things For example in Demonic Grip isnt a penetration item, its a item that tales away their protections its kinda confusing but thats it

He placed it In front of him and activated it while turning 180° so it looks like hes moving backwards

- Obsidian shard passive overcaps pen
- Titan's bane passive overcaps pen
- Dominance passive overcaps pen
- Izanami passive and Kali passive overcap pen
- Demon blade (wind demon in the past) passive doesn't.
- Janus ultimate passive doesn't.
