saitama would be most optimal in basically all the situations. no cooldown? get the opponent into consecutive punch spam. inf ult? spam 2 3 or 4. only bad time for saitama would be only finishers.
Opponents have 7% health when only finishers is on so just try to catch people off guard with normal punch which does 11% dmg
