I have a new favorite thing on this channel I love seeing you do. It is you meeting family wherever you go. Stay on the fish adventures. ❤ new catch phrase please
Awesome video, what an incredible place you are in! FYI- the line does nothing as far as killing any parasites or harmful bacteria. I mean I’d still eat that amazing looking ceviche!
Those sierra are very similar looking to the ribbon fish you can catch on the east coast of the US. I believe theyre also caught in the pacific around asia. While I was stationed in VA I'd catch them frequently in the Chesapeake bay. They do taste amazing and are actually slightly venomous believe it or not. Not significant to humans.
So Jordan said they were lemons and calls them limes or it was a mix of the both ok. Me I prefer my meat cooked I tried sushi it was ok but no thanks to the uncooked meat this however I’d try it the stuff he’s making can’t spell it but it’s technically cooked using items from Mother Nature

When we make ceviche we cook the fish in the lime con ajo and then pour off the juice, and then add the other ingredients.
