This is real. Since I had my major awaking on December 30th, 2023, I have been meetly and physically aging in reversing and backwards. I am going from mid age woman to more of younger female to teen adult girl. More and more I have that cute anime girl look with the larger eyes.

That might be where you are hitting a plataue. Stop expecting anything from meditation and let go completely. The goal is to give up and surrender, not to force it.
My proposal is to do some sort of DYNAMIC MEDITATION... Long walk (ALONE) somewhere in the nature... preferably without any other people around. Let NATURE be your maditator... Fuel yourself with the sounds and sights of nature...think about the beauty, higher knowledge, higher intelligence. Sit where your body TELLS you to do it (you FEEL from INSIDE)...relax...enjoy
