Good Evening Dr , Sahab 🙏🏻 i am from Hyderabad Telangana State INDIA 🇮🇳 BHARAT Waasi 🇮🇳 🙏🏻 and i am a Diabetes and BP patient , i have seen your channel just now about magnesium deficiency i was so happy to hear about b'cz , i am suffering with cramps in my legs ( Pinjdi ) and i don't do any exercises but since this morning i started little bit doing like standing on my toes and heels tried walk and lifting ups and down on my toes and feels better now , actually i don't like taking curd but , somebody told me magnesium will be in curd also so i took it in my lunch , shall i follow doing the same Dr Sahab 🙏🏻 thank you 🙏🏻 waiting for your reply Dr Sahab 🙏🏻 .
