Taking all laws classes by you only since executove till final....
and no need to express the way you teach or de-code each word even a single comma(,) still remeber the importance of comma under sec 2(76)(iii)and (iv).
Sach me sir..
interpretation and linking of each section rules notfn circular is not everyone cup of tea.

Can a subsidiary (A Ltd) of a subsidiary (B Ltd).. is a deemed subsidiary of holding (C Ltd).. so will B Ltd be called registered owner of A Ltd...? Because holding company has done investment indirectly through B Ltd. And will C Ltd be called as beneficial owner?

According to me, No.. Since Debentures constitutes a debt, Section 89&90 will not apply as the Section talks about ownership. As for Money Laundering is concern, if Debentures is acquired by using proceeds of crime then yes.

Sir sec 90 mein likha a hold beneficial interest of no Les that. 25percent or such other percentage as may be prescribed that is 10 percent
Sir esmein act mein likha hai 25 percent se kam nahi hoga but rule mein 10 percent likha hai .. and Act I Superior to rules toh ham 25 percent ko follow karege ja phir 10 percent ko?
