I've been following you for quite a while for now, and I wanted to say that I'm really grateful for your videos. I live in a different country, and even though I have some korean roots, I'm not familiar with most of the ingredients that you use in your cooking. I.e. don't eat seafood because it's pricey, I had to Google what sandspurry is, I have to buy gochujang and bean paste online because they are not really available in here. I'm going to enter a Korean university for my magistrate, and I will have to assimilate to Korean cuisine eventually. I cook some things at home from time to time using your videos as a guide. Thanks a lot!
