If my wall is somewhat bumpy and has parts which are basically concrete. Will the primer be sufficient before application of the silk plaster? Or is it recommended to plaster the wall with a smooth stone like plaster first or even paint it too? The state of the wall is not that rough but its not perfect and has some probably quite absorbant material like concrete exposed. 1 wall is also the cardboad of a gypsumboard, does this have the same protocol?

No you can't. It is silk and the place needs to be dry. Humidity is also important so you cannot apply it in the bathroom.
