SOglam101 I spend about $40 for a standard manicure (dip powder with tips) here in the states. However, the more designs and length can really make it pricey.
LISTENNNN 🗣🗣 I understand everybody is different & everybody is not capable but there are so many services we can do at home for FREE! (Especially hair)I have been natural for about 6 years and with the exception of a silk press (with split end maintenance) No one has touched my hair.. But I am called a "cheap scape" often so maybe its just me 🤣🤣 Pampering is important though...!! 💃💅
Me too!! .. I only go to a salon to get silk presses.. it took me 3 years to learn how to take care of my hair.. I cut it in 2017 and it’s halfway down my back.. it’s possible it just takes patience 💕💕
@MissyLynn ur nails are beautiful but how do u manage to do daily task like opening cans and sodas and putting on a necklace cause i find it difficult to do
I need to do this. I been neglecting myself lol i just cant seem to find a nail salon i actually like or a good Loction to help maintain my locs where i live so i get stuck trying to do everything to myself, myself and i be tired boss lol
I need to do that but my state is on lockdown. I've been to Massage Envy once and it was ok, I prefer the Relache Spa at the Gaylord Resorts. I dropped about $840 for an all-day treatment for my 45th Birthday. The lady that did your hair treatments does she do them often, we don't have those types of services here in Huntsville, Alabama I really need to come there.

Love this idea! Crying most certainly worked for me ! Like two weeks later I’m like why is my stomach so flat, I didn’t start back planking ... it was the cryo! I also slept for like 24 hours after my first treatment lol
I love my maintenance week but damn it’s like a professional sport 😂 and I peeped the vitamin E oil on the counter 🙌🏾 that stuff keeps my skin flawless!

I hate black hair salons man, they charge so much for our hair. The prices are just mad unreasonable, yes it has more up keep but it’s just hair 🙄. But when I travel up to Jamaica and trinidad the prices make sense, I got that scalp microscope thing for free in the beauty supply store. They just had it there on hand
Oh yeah... this is why I've fallen apart over the years! Lol. I never, ever, ever spent that kind of money on upkeep (prefer more easy/natural routine) but even a few hundred a month just isn't feasible these days. Beauty services cost twice now what I paid 10-15 years ago.

This is a great idea. I'm not sure how much my pampering costs. I never really paid attention to it. I don't get manicures, but I do get predicures regularly. And that's bi-weekly. And I get a shape-up bi-weekly, but I get my hair done every 2mon or longer. And that's because I have dreadlocks. So I don't want my hair to get tugged and pulled too much. I don't want my locs to pop off.
I used to work at a spa that did this cool sculpting/ cryogen slimming it's more like a motivational tool to get you to working out cause that's what will actually to do the slimming because the device just makes your cells tighten up like your outside on a cold day but once you're warm again you relax back to normal hopes this brings insight ✌️
Yess and actually hers was about $500 because that Cryo stuff was 1500 for 5 and this was only one session so I think $500 for maintenance is much more relatable!!
