Originally, Edgeworth was going to be an old man. Mia was going to be a simple victim, not Nick's mentor. Nick was going to be really rude to Maya, look down upon her, give her insulting honorifics, and even treat her as if she didn't belong there. Suekhane advised against all this, and Takumi listened. These are impacting changes and Ace Attorney might not be the same if these things happened. I'd say she had plenty of influence. ..may I add that Takumi proudly refers to her as the creator of Naruhodou Ryuuichi and Mitsurgi Reji?
