Around the same time as mentioned above you were skirmishing with the enemy trying to bait each other into an attack. If you look at the map purple had overran your ally on the hill. If you got an MG you could've pushed them off the hill with your mechanized units (Which would've baited pink into an attack) They wouldn't expect you to have a machine gun and would be pinned down and easily swept through with your armor. Again, great gameplay as usual.
