I've been watching a few documentaries on Ramana recently and one idea that stuck with me is this quote: "Look, there is a Creator. He will take care of His creations". because I feel that my depressive moments often stemmed from not feeling in touch with my meaning, or even physical body and feeling disconnected from the world around me. And that everything would be meaningless. I haven't yet fully formed my thoughts around that quote but I wanna say that when I get to chance to resemble the Creator/God when I am doing creative work, but not just ANY, creative work that gets the chance to let something out from my deepest core, something in my awareness flips, I began to feel more connected to myself again and my depression slowly fades. In the body itself, I got moments like that through breathing work where my whole system would get the chance to regulate itself and I would feel more at peace after. If you're curious I made a self-portrait about basically that sensation, it's called Self-portrait, Breath Hold
thanks Frankie for being open and SICK SWEATER

Great quote man. Made me reflect on that feeling when you get a direct download from God. It’s like super effortless and just flows through you. That’s when I feel that deeper fulfillment in what I create. When it’s more of that direct transmission.
Sick video btw bro! Just watched it
