That is an insult to people with mental health issues. I know its a KIKUYU word but nobody says Mad people when addressing Mentaly ill people anymore. Please try. But not all people with mental illness are mad. So the kikuyu l understand ( which could be bad) muguruki is an abnormal person but mentally ill are thina wa mechiria
