    Make attachments with 5/8” holes for Monster Lite racks. You could make a fortune just supplying the attachments Rogue won’t make for them. Got to much invested at this point to consider swapping racks.

    That's a shame that the smith machine attachment won't fit Rogue monster 3x3 racks. Hopefully this will encourage them to come out with their own design because it's a cool idea.

      Rogue can do whatever they want. I’d suggest that EliteFTS is a much better choice for faster R&D turnarounds and a better training focus. Rogue is more interested in Crossfit... I’m overseas, I just can’t afford a container to ship a product that is in a warehouse only 20 miles away. If I was in the USA, there would be no question I’d go with Dave and company.

    Coolest stuff is the rack mounted smith machine, the neck trainer is interesting too but definitely needs a pad to keep the body from swinging everywhere

      Smith machine seems to be very specific for the high school/ college gym scene. It’s a unique selling point over competitors racks.

      That's actually what I thought the neck machine was at first, and I got super excited for a second. I love the neck machine attachment idea and I'll definitely grab one before too long, but I'd grab a back attack attachment even quicker.

    I love how that smith machine attachment isn’t counter weighted. My old gym had a super old smith machine that wasn’t counter weighted. With the overbuilt guides and bar holder the empty bar weighed about 85lbs.

    For the neck machine I would include handles to keep you stationary while moving your neck. That or a backing to lean on.
    Otherwise you end up pushing yourself backwards really easily & when you use heavier weights the whole exercise falls apart without you hitting the neck muscles.
    I love that you've went after the neck. I train neck all the time with my Ironmind neck harness.

    Great additions! I'd want a handle for the neck exercise to stabilize the upper body, similar to Hammer Strength and Nautilus 4-way neck. And a platform for the Smith machine for vertical leg press.

  • @christianbolt5761
    @christianbolt5761 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    For the neck attachment it would be useful to have two locations for plate loading or a movable loading angle. That would allow a tailoring of the force curve. Alternatively you could attach a cam with a loadable cable or strap.

    Too bad you haven't considered making the Smith attachment compatible with other manufacturers' racks, I was just looking for this for my current rack.
    If I have to buy a new rack just to have the Smith machine it would be more cost effective for me to buy a Smith machine outright.

    Seems kinda strange to make your attachments only fit your racks instead of making them compatible with "other companies". Lots of customers out there that already have racks but are looking to add more accessories. It's not like you're going to get a new squat rack just to fit EFS accessories.

    You guys are being short sighted if you make the smith only for your racks. Rogue, Rep etc have many, many times your number of racks but neither have a smith option. The killer feature would be a smith add-on that can be adjusted in an arc from vertical to plus or minus 5-10 degrees of tilt.

    Would EliteFTS ever consider doing a "trade up" program like other markets are doing? For example, if I have an older or lower model EliteFTS rack and I want to upgrade to a new Collegiate rack, I could "sell" my rack back for a discount on the new rack, and you could resell or reuse the older rack. Not sure of the market logistics with something this large, but thoughts?
