- Grian surviving 100 Hours In Minecraft Hardcore I am spending 100 hours in minecraft hardcore and trying to do all the minecraft things and still survive till the end, when do you think I will fail? This is a unique series where we have guests on to help out with difficult tasks.

When mining, Grian found some raw iron blocks, that means that's actually a iron vein and if you keep digging you will find stacks and stacks of iron.

I always love watching Grian videos, and this is why. Bringing on a couple of friends just to mercilessly slay them in hardcore is just... Grian. He even says "I've got time to kill." So raw
can we just sit and admire Grians growth? like im rewatching the whole season 6 where he had to play in survival for the first time well basically since he started playing. He didnt know how trading worked or enchantments let alone glide, yet here he is now, always first with the villages, books and parkour skills? love seeing him grow and i cant wait to see whats coming in season 9 and this series!

Okay I need you to hear me out! So as a finale for the series (assuming you dont die again before the 100 hours) you guys should invite as many of your other friends (who haven't already died) to the server for a killing contest! Have everyone basically draw names for who gets to kill who and everyone has to make some sort of killing contraption, similar to the "to kill a tango" game from s6, for whoever they drew. And they all work together to create something to kill you guys. Then they each go into their own death chambers, happy days, and then at the 100 hour mark you 3 step into the contraption they made for you! Max friend death and hilarity!

I was kinda worried that "indeed in a hardcore world there is no way to get off curse of binding armor", but then it hit me that armor gets used up as you take damage.
Yeah, he should add Mending.

Its still a lot of damage until it breaks off, and even caving for resources it doubt its going to break for atleast a couple hours.
If this was a Vech's Super Hostile map on the otherhand that armour would be shredded. (That sounds like a painful challenge, hardcore super hostile, now i'm curious if they both existed at the same time)

This series is illegitimate though, he died several episodes ago. Him continuing the series removes the consequences of hardcore mode.

Well, now that you have iron armor, I'd say go tame some cats, and keep them with you unsat at all times to help with creepers. And, a word of the wise, put some trapdoors above your chests... Cats like to sit on them. Or just use barrels instead.

In a freak twist of fate, Scar could now actually be the last man standing in this series....
I know they don't typically collab, but they did do MCC Pride together so maybe there's a chance... it would be SO fun for Grian to bring Technoblade on the server as a bodyguard or something while he's trapped in that terrible armor. Remember to keep the proper armor in your inventory so you can replace it as the cursed stuff breaks, Honestly the risk of losing it is minimal since if you die you can't recover it anyway

The fact that was an iron vein with the solid raw iron blocks was crazy. I've found 2 in my world and those things go on forever!
I think it would have been hilarious if Grien invited Mumbo, their moustaches look really similar.

That's probably armor toughness at work, not enhancing enchantments. Still, I never considered that. If it is a large difference I wonder if armor toughness applies even before protection does

Can't believe you found an ore vein. Yep, getting iron isn't easy grien. It's just you found a very rare Ore vein which had a lot of resources
12 days and waiting for the next episode, Hermitcraft must be coming up and other stuff probably happening at the same time, so sad, this has been great so far
Grian, that anvil game is a great idea, but it has a fatal flaw (as I can see it): ou are bound to win. By dropping 3 anvils or more on the same spot you can litterally start to box your opponent in - so that he isn't able to escape the last, deadly drop.
Those raw iron blocks spawning naturally means he found a mega vein! One of the rarer things in the new update

@@TheEpicBeeBoy As far as I'm aware, it can happen to all ores with raw blocks as well as coal. I could be wrong though.

The big brain strategy in Grian's game would've been to only place 2 anvils at a time on the same block. Eventually there would only be 1 spot to stand in and then he dies.

honestly i think exploring for resources until the armor breaks is the best possible option because you can argue "well i wasn't intentionally breaking it, it just wore down through the wear and tear of all my resource gathering!"

Grian, you should enchant a trident with Riptide Three! It'll allow you to boost yourself when in water and even fly when it rains, so basically you can fly without rockets; the only thing that's used is the trident's durability. And you can reach ridiculous speeds if you wear an elytra with it!
And with slow fall potions it becomes safe

It's the reason you flip a coin if you can't make a decision: once it's out of your hands and that coin shows you what to do you know which one you prefer to do and can pick that one. Or you really didn't care and you can go for the coin option.
