TYSM i quit cheer last year and my legs weren't that flexible anymore, and i started stteching yesterday and thanks to you and these great Exercises, i got my left and right splits in under 20 MIns!!!
It’s definitely not too late to start cheer! A lot of EXTREMELY talented cheerleaders don’t start till high school or even college 👍👍👍 Are you trying out for school or allstar?

This is really fun to do - you come across so energetic and you seem to enjoy it so much, it's contagious. Much more fun than a professional trainer (with three layers of make-up) telling me once ever 30 seconds how great it is! And it's effective; I'm only doing this for the third time and I can already tell I'm getting better. (Though I'm far, far, far away from that back bend you're doing at 8:55. Whoa.) +Hailey Heinzman Just work REALLY REALLY hard. I have a friend who is the most flexible contortionist I have EVER seen, and when she first started dancing she couldn't even point her feet or do the splits, and her back was phenomenally not flexible.
