Although I knew nothing about the vocal techniques or whatsoever, I really enjoyed your analysis detailing my common judgement previously that she's indeed a great singer and the next world-class star. I think you should react more to her renditions since she has a ton of covers and originals in her channel. I'm sure you'll be blown away by her great talents, not only how stunning her angelic voice is but also how rich her musicianship capacity is. She is just a complete musician.

As a musician/composer, I completely agree. And I highly recommend her rendition of popular songs. She doesn't cover songs, she upgrades them to her sensbility. Good job on the analysis...

When she sings a song 'someone else' has recorded,, she sings those songs as if they are her own. Listening to her sing takes our mind and our senses to a place we're seldom taken. She is incredible.

Wow.. a very good reaction. Putri ariani has a lot of talent, that's what makes her special, good at setting up the selection of the head voice, the ultimate breast voice. Even on the Elton John song he proves his outstanding technical skill, a great composer, good at playing a lot of music. he's amazing.

The best voice analysis there is! It is interesting that you said, as if she is singing subconsciously. This is, because, being blind she is almost in a meditative state, where her ego has stepped aside and let her spirit do the sing. Don't you notice that she has an ego of a child, with a great passion to create? Going to Juliard school of music is not a bad idea. May be she can show others that proper singing does not comes out of the head but out of the heart!

I love your analysis. I'm not a trained singer what's so ever. I just love to sing and much of my thoughts on this was exactly what you said. Thanks for the validation. One thing I want to add. I think, in this girls case, her being blind actually helped her tremendously. When the brain has less going on (no sight), it allows for greater focus and concentration. She is extremely well trained. Probably been singing since 3 years of age. Singing the big ballads is a cultural thing🎉 in places like Indonesia and the Philippines. Add to that, her playing the piano, she is just a Very, very intelligent girl. Don't lessen her desire to attend Juilliard. Although I'm sure she can teach a class or two there right now, she wants more training in composing and scoring. And being 17, she can do whatever as well as have a pop singer career. Amazing. Thanks so much!!!!

Loved your analysis. The Indonesian govt us giving her a scholarship to attend Julliard and help her with admission process. Hope she gets in. She is also talented musician. In her Lathi video, she did all the vocals and instrumentals and arranged the 89 audio tracks. She won Indonesia’s Got Talent 2014 at age 8 singing Beyonce’s Listen. A very talented young lady who has honed her craft.

Putri is one of a kind, an Indonesian sweetheart.
Actually Putri can play multiplies instrument such as piano, flute, guitar, ukulele, different part traditional instruments of gamelan (Sundanese and Balinese) and drum set too (she said it's for exercise). Simon indeed make it different because after his golden buzzer, Indonesia ministry of education granted Putri full scholarship to Julliard.
