The healing of the nations comes after Jesus conquers and His Kingdom rules the world. His saints and chosen will rule with Him. He gives those in the world 1000 years to accept His reign. Unfortunately after the 1000 years the Devil is released from his prison and again deceives those who really do not have the Holy Spirit in them. And God's final judgement falls upon them. They get cast to the lake of fire where the AntiChrist and False Prophet are. Even Satan is cast into the lake of Fire. Those who are faithful with Him will find themselves like angels living in Paradise.
