Some follow up, i tried make the first dish today without adding bonito and heavy cream (just didn't had them in the fridge, used little bit water instead of cream), the miso it self already gives this dish an umami flavor very well. Overall a very simple and easy recipe! If you are lazy enough to even use blender, just chop the ingredients very fine and blend them by hand in a big bowl.
