In Gulberg knowledge village there are many schools, colleges,and universities which are under construction .5 star hotels,shopping malls are also under construction Gulberg Islamabad is a place, where yours dreams become true.The project was launched in 2005 and in 2009 its NOC from CDA was approved with Ref# “CDA/PLW-HS(127)/2009/257”. Overall performance in redidencia is very poor .society focus is on green and don't care about redidencia .it is expected that more 10 years are required for development and possession in redidencia .all thsee aspects should be well considered before going yo invest .dealers will see you dream and facinate and play with your emotions and money .and genuine person will have to wait wait .

Disappointed. I bought a plot 4 years ago in K BLOCK... with hope that K block will develop soon but K is still not develop..... Gulberg society more than 12years and K is very near from D MARKAZ. But unfortunately totally NON Develop.... Plz convey our issue to authorities...😥😥😥.... And make a video with issue of K BLOCK...( REASONS OF DELEY DEVELOPMENT ) all owners of K BLOCK will be thank full to u.....

Plot/File has already allocated to IB's employees. But plot no. is not mentioned in the file.
Very surprising ,in 15 years ,they could not deliver plots to common people .New schemes still they are launching. While launching any scheme they should announce hand over date and if they fail , penalty should be there. But all big developers are looting common people sadly.

@@isambrial O Block, N Block.. as it is as were 10 Yrs before , no progress for even an inch. Villagers might not being paid or something else.

Rubbish. Never buy non develop plot in gulberg aur na hi 4th file stamp ho ga koi worth ni hai stamp paper ki bhai ye Pakistan hai yahan jungle ka qanoon hai sirf Quaid e Azam chalta hai. So stay away from 4th file and non develop plot warna 10 sal wait karo.
