Those are double crochet stitches, I'm sorry but the do it again and pull through two do it again, is very confusing and I've been crocheting for fifty years. I appreciate you trying though.
I've seen it before. I call it a variation on a popcorn or puff stitch. I don't think it has a name. It makes an interesting pattern when you are done. I'm going to try it. Wish me luck!!!
