I love using all types of beats. This was a good wake up call that I need to find my “true” sound and stick to something consistently bc I’ve been all over the place
You can always go and record on all different types but I was just trying to get ppl to see if they knew what type of beats they like better and what type beats they make the best songs too and what gives them more of a consistent sound because people with fan bases or building bases have a consistent sound that matches their brand

This is a great video, with a lot of intelligent advice for artists who are in development. Take it from me, I have been rapping for many years, and experimenting with all types of sounds & styles. I have uploaded over 500 samples from all types of beats; yet will admit that not everything works for me. Just because an artist is able to rap off of any beat, doesn't mean it's going to be as effective as something that truly fits them. Good luck to all yall out there, frfr. Peace

Got one song on soundcloud with my homie that truly was trying to rap (he passed away unfortunately but I’m still living out my life for my Nigga RIP DAWN-LOCK) from like 4 years ago (almost 60k plays 1k+ likes). I would say probably the thing I know more about than anything and most people is games and honestly I would say that's my style. I think you do have a good point when you say concentrate on one thing at a time.
