Yea Modules are great boosters BUT the 40 Million silver for an upgrade is just insane. Maxed out it works out to 240 Million a Pop. Yea Discount days are great but not all days are 40% off.
40 million silver to upgrade a module but about 400 million to upgrade a robot so that's something to think about there and if you wait for a discount day you can get it even cheaper I think

Yeah it's always a good idea to wait for a discount day if you can, I would say the majority of people probably don't do that but that's definitely good advice
correct me if I am wrong - Immune Amp also boosts up your max durability during the battle whenever you get stacks going up. So that means 1x immune 2 repair would also be a good choice for a tanky robot(if you have enough firepower).
The immune amps will mainly boost your durability and your speed and if you use two of them you get twice as much speed and durability, and it will get to the stacks faster making you immune to suppression lockdown and I think it's freeze so running two does have its advantages. But if you run one of them and a repair amplifier then you've got that going on plus you've got some healing and defense points and whatnot so on some robots it's good to run to immune amps on some robots it's good to run two repair amps and on some robots one of each works really well but it's something you kind of got to play with and figure out which ones suits you best for each robot but generally I want a beach will be good for anybody but if you got some extras to play around with then you kind of try both and see what works
I wouldn't waste my silver on heavy armor, cloaking units, fortifiers or balanced unit even if they were all I had. Save your silver for the main 3 modules. Upgrading modules is so expensive, $200 million for just one upgrade to 6.

They just announced that they're going to be doing a rework on all of the modules so in a few months we don't really know if we're even going to have any of these modules or if they're going to do different stuff or what so that's something they're working on is a module rework they just announced that yesterday I think so keep that in mind before buying any modules. Cuz we have no idea how that's going to affect things after the rework
I totally Agree, because upgrading from MK2 to MK3 will only increase the damage by 15% and will cost you 400 million silver or more. For now I left all my robots at MK2 level 1 and upgrading all my modules to level 6 first ( Nuclear amplifier, last stand and Inmune amplifier)
I think you get 20% damage, could be 15 percent now but I think it's about 20 which is noticeable but if you're good at the game you should be able to do pretty well with level 12 weapons or low mark two level weapons, but that is a lot of resources to get that extra 15 or 20%

A battleborn can come in pretty handy for your very first robot come I forgot those existed but if you're going to run for a beacon you almost have to look at that as a disposable robot but putting a couple of battleborns on your first beacon runner can actually be a good thing but yeah I forgot those modules existed, but I would only put those on my first row bot if I had them because they're not going to be super helpful for most of your robots but when you're trying to grab that very first beacon of the start of the game those can come in handy I mean there are better modules now but if you got them you don't have anything better I mean might as well use them
I wanted to know which module's to replace heavy duty armor, these were great 3 years ago. I've been saving n waiting for the 40% discount to upgrade another laststand or immune. Module's are very important as I found out, battling with lvl 1s will get you killed in champion. Thanks for setting it straight
Yeah I mean you got the repair amps and immune amps those are the new durability modules but they also have some other benefits as well so when you're looking for durability those are the two to currently look at but on most robots I just run one of each amplifier and that gives me pretty good results on some robots like the fin where I might go ahead and run two of the repairs or even on that one of each is good
What happens when I equip two nuclear amplifiers, one at level 6 and the other at level 1? Of course it only increase the stacking rate, but does it provide damage based on the higher-level one or the lower-level one?
So the nuclear amplifiers adding more than one does not do anything for you other than make it get to the full stacks faster so if you're running to the second one does not need to be leveled up, unless they have changed something having a maxed out one and a level 1 for the second is all you need.
I always wait for the 40% upgrade reduction for all my expensive upgrades, and sometimes pay the gold to complete the upgrade immediately so you can get 3 to 4 upgrades during the 40% reduction.
Just saw this, Danny. One thing about the Immune Amps you didn’t mention is they take awhile to charge. Anticontrol can be a better option on certain robots like Ocho who needs mobility to be effective. Stacking 2 x IAs helps speed up the charge rate though. See you out there! (EXO) - 44 MAGNUM -

He’s a great guy to have onboard the EXO squad and a tough player to go up against…as are a lot of the RH members. I just find running only 1 x IA, I get locked down a lot until it charges. Sonic weapons are very good or any set of shotguns that do a lot of damage would be a great setup I mean you want to go in get your damage and leave so the faster it does the damage the better now some of the older shotguns aren't very good but I think Sonic weapons or the brand new weapons that just came out to have a 100 m r range that I don't know how to spell lol either one of those would be top notch or if you put something like Mason cudge along there that would be really good as well I would say the splinter type of weapons but those are being downgraded so I'm not sure how good those are going to be after the next update

I think on the repair amplifiers leveling the second one up helps a lot, now if you're talking about regular robots and you're running one of the nuclear amplifiers only one needs to be leveled up but on these ones I think you want to level all the ones you're using up because you'll get more defense points and healing and stuff like that, they seem to stack up pretty well
Overdrafts are cool but you do have to lose so much health before they start working and then you're not running any durability modules so that probably makes it hard to stay alive I mean yeah it's going to do some crazy damage but it champion league you need all the durability you can get and the damage so it's hard to run robots without any of those defense modules and champion for most of us
I would run one repair amplifier and two of the immune amplifiers so you got healing and extra speed and some durability and if you run a armadilladron, grab a couple beacons and stay in the ball most the time you'll be pretty hard to kill unless it the couple of weapons that go through that get you

I'm not sure when the next time we're going to bring out new modules is but good news is those don't seem to change that often so hopefully this advice will be good for a few more years
It ignores suppression lockdown and freeze, it won't ignore the EMPs that won't ignore the blinding or any of that other stuff just the three I mentioned here so it will ignore part of what the typhen hits you with but I think you're still going to get EMP'd where you can't use your ability you just won't get locked down or suppressed

If you play the game enough gold adds up pretty quickly but it still may take a little while to get what you need so you got to have some patience in this game, if you don't play much it'll probably take forever so doing well and playing a lot is a big help to getting stuff if you're free to play or if you can spend a few dollars I always see those cheap gold deals where it's like 40,000 gold for five bucks or 10 bucks or something sometimes $60,000 gold so if you're going to spend a few bucks buying a gold package like that is a new player is a pretty decent thing

Fortifiers are quite good on some robots I think I have a total of three fortifiers maxed out and I'll tell you it's really good they have a couple

Mate I run one nuke amp + 2x max overdrive with behemoth hyuangi
Kills everything if the hp is below 50%

Note: NEVER run a module that isn’t an amp on the Curie. The bonus health you get all pumps into your amps, every time you pop the ability.
