Oh my, the variegation is stunning. Mine have grown leggy. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong. I feel like it’s getting appropriate light because the new growth is variegated whereas the original leaves are solid green.

Pepperomia obtusifolia variegata is awesome ❤ water when leaves aren't stiff and make sure its in a well draining soil. Can tolerate low light but won't grow as fast. Propagates easier in sphagnum moss or a spongy medium. Lately I've been seeing this sold everywhere

Wow, yours is gorgeous. The one I have is in a 4 inch pot. Not much growth. I have had it over a year. Quite frankly this plant scares me , because when I water, it losses a leaf? So I let it dry out completely or until the leave look wilted (taco test). 🤷🏽‍♀️

Water every 2-3 weeks they like to dry out a bit and like succulents they hold water in their leaves. I just water mine once it’s dry down to the very bottom and they like a good soak so I bottom water. I have mine from propagations and they are fairly slow growing. I saved one of mine from the brink of death that was my fault. Lol
