The way Darren said "yeah, she is" when the dude said Mia was beautiful
Darren doesn't run off on Mia or ignore her at events, it's his job to be interviewed and do press stuff and he probably has other people to talk to too, they do sit at the same table at those things and spend time together outside of those events. They don't need to be glued to each other.

I am literally loving the fact that he’s calling all the Miarren haters out. Leave the guy alone, they’ve been dating for years and are obviously in love. I personally love Mia and think she’s a strong, independent and inspiring woman that should be treated with all the respect in the world. Let them live their lives, let them be in love. A relationship is hard enough without people attacking it from all sides. The least you can do is respect them as a couple.

it is a fair question to ask, I remember having to pick my chin up off the floor the first time I saw a Hugh Laurie interview and heard his British accent. If you see a person's face with no other context than them playing a character, your mind will attach that character to that face, it's natural.

I can't believe that out of a 10 minute interview only 50 seconds were used to talk about the Listen Up tour and Darren's music and potential solo carreer (which is the whole reason of his Toronto visit), whereas the rest of the time was used to basically make him uncomfortable and force statements out of him on topics unrelated to his carreer and future goals. If I had wanted that kind of tripe I would've gone to Perez Hilton...

I feel bad that he's sick, but sadly, he's probably sick from hugging everyone... Darren Hayes (formerly from Savage Garden) said many times that his people at one time forebode him from hugging fans because he kept getting sick and hated it because he loved hugging people. Darren Criss, like Darren Hayes, hugs like a freak and seems to care more about his fans than his health sometimes. I love the guy!

Makin' it clear here; to be a loyal fan you have to /love/ Darren Criss. You do /not/ in any way have to like anyone connected to Darren. Nobody has a right to say to another they are not a loyal fan just because they dont like who Darren is connected to. Kindy, keep your mouth shut and do not tell people they are not his fans if they do not like his connections.
Sexuality is fluid, but you should NEVER assume someone is of another sexuality they say they are, until they say otherwise. You're basically calling that person a liar if you do.
I can see that he's really happy with mia and that's sweet but just because their relationship is confirmed doesn't mean I have to stop shipping crisscolfer...he said he doesn't care if people think he's gay. He has no problem with us shippers as long as we do it respectfully.
He is half-Irish too. I think he takes after his Dad more and therefore looks more 'white'. If you look at his brother Chuck Criss, he looks a lot more Asian.

How can people say this is not the "real" Darren. You can hear that he sounds a little different with a cold, he was coughing during the show and I read that he wasn't feeling well during one of his concerts. He's been travelling to so many places and I'm sure he's exhausted, so I'm sorry to say if he didn't seem to be himself.

You can be the biggest, the one of the best fans Darren Criss has, and you still do not have to like girlfriend, which I will say I feel sorry for because he doesnt even say her name and he looks like a kid who got his puppy took of him; what a happy relationship. People can have opinions about whoever they wish, and who ever they want to have an opinion about. Everyone gets hate if she wasnt connected to him basically nobody would care about it. It was a great concert. Why do people have to ask if he is gay just because he plays a gay character on TV. It seemed like he had no choice but to answer questions about Mia. It's his private life. More questions should be directed to his tour. I think Darren looks more Irish but I wonder who he gets his curly hair from.

I don't know what he was actually thinking, but as I know how Darren usually acts in interviews and how nice and friendly he is to everyone, I honestly think he just didn't know what the song was about. Awh man. The thing is I thought blurred lines was an awesome song too, and then people speculated and Robin Thicke made dick comments about it, and people analysed it and said it was horrible. Because it does now seem rapey and awful, but it didn't at first, so I really don't know what's a product of what anymore.
